Sadly my fight wasn’t as successful as yours. FCC abruptly shut down my complaint. After reopened my case after writing to their President, they once again, shut down my account.

I really love to Sue them and in order to have a class action lawsuit we need to find like-minded individuals who suffered at the hands of greedy Verizon but getting away with their crime in my view because they lobby FCC very heavily.

I use my verizon UDP in my taxi for streaming live sports/news for my customers as well as karaoke on singsnap, yes I’m the karaoke cab.. 🙂

I recently updated my device to the XLTE U620L USB modem, my initial month was last month and I used 260GB in excess, up to this point my average was just about 125GB on the 551L modem… I am hearing now that if you use over 200 GB monthly they are going to cancel your service and you have the option of paying 450 a month for a 100GB dataplan which doesn’t include the line charge…

Would filing a complaint with FCC work in our case? I’m in the east coast, NC and we don’t have the same state laws that Cali has for consumers..

    Thanks
