You may or may not have seen my last post on PhoneNews.com. To make a long story short, I ultimately had a couple of adjustments done, related to the Class III malocclusion of my jaw. Things should be good to go for the next decade.
When understaffed, and dealing with real life, there isn’t always a good two weeks to take.
When it began to impact the quality and caliber of my work, that was the siren call to clock out and take care of myself.
I want to thank my entire team at Kaiser, from Dr. Jun, my maxillofacial surgeon, to Dr. Job, my primary physician. They dropped everything to implement an actual fix for my jaw so quickly.
I want to thank every one that wrote in. Some of you I’d never heard from before, some of you I spoke to hours before clocking out… and some of you I hadn’t heard from in years. I read each and every email, and they all were very helpful.
Clean bill of health back in hand, I’m back to work.
What’s next? Well, later today EarlyTerminationFee.me will be launched (it’s actually online right now). And I’ll be announcing another new site that has been in the work for a long… long… long… time, early next week.
Good idea, bout time someone thought of that.
