Before this, any photos of what you will see below are fake. This, however, is very real. But, it’s also far from finished. So, please don’t go Slashdotting… plenty of time for that when I have some stability to report back.
And now, for the HTC Shift: Powered by Mac OS X Leopard.

Update: No, we’re not stuck in Safe Boot… that was just one of the screens I had up when taking a photo. It boots fine in normal mode, but there’s still work to do. And, to add to the appetite, here’s a much better (normal mode) shot.
First photo was taken with iPhone, second was taken with HTC Touch… sorry about the Touch’s poor shot, it usually has better-than-iPhone quality.
Hey did you ever get leopard to work correctly on the shift?
Unfortunately, the sub-1.0 GHz bug can’t be fixed (except, well, by Apple). And, with no new Shift in sight, I think it’s just something that isn’t realistic right now.
Don’t get me wrong, that’s not a fake photo… it worked… but the bug just causes everything to grind to a halt.
Any news on installing Mac on the HTC Shift? Thanks.
